How to use Bajra Flour
Used to make roti and other types of flatbreads. It is also used to make pasta, cakes and as a supplement to other flours to make multigrain breads. A variety of guilt free snacks such as chakli, khakhra and dhebra can be made using the flour.

Storage
Pearl millet has high fat content and lipase activity because of this there is rapid development of rancidity, the shelf life of flour is quite short. This flour should be used within 20 days of purchase. It can be stored in an airtight container, keep in a cold, dry location.

Grown in 2 seasons of the year in our farms and we try to store it scientifically to be available most of the year.
