Drumstick leaves can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week when placed inside an air tight container. They can also be dried and used, for that wrap the leaves in newspaper or kitchen towel and store it in the refrigerator. It gets damaged very quickly during transport and hence handling fresh leaf is quite involved.
Moringa plants are grown in our farms year-round. However, leaf is not harvested during flowering stage to avoid flower drop.
