How to use Urad Dal Split

These pulses can be stored in a dry airtight container at room temperature; They should always be stored in airtight containers with tight ﬁtting lids or closures. They should be kept far from heat, air and moisture. Adding a little turmeric powder while storing it helps to keep away the insects. Also a few neem leaves or dry red chillies can be added along with the lentils and saved in an air tight container.
This crop grows best in dry weather conditions; it is grown during summer and rainy seasons and is generally available with us round the year.
