Fresh spinach leaves can last up to four days. To keep them fresher for longer, wash and dry the leaves to remove any impurities. Dab the leaves with a paper towel to make sure they’ve dried completely. Once the leaves have dried, transfer to a new container, cover it with a paper towel, and add the leaves. Close the lid properly and add another layer of paper towel on top. Make sure the leaves haven’t retained even a speck of moisture. Refrigerate the container in an airtight container.
