How to use Fresh Green Chilli
Frequently used in Indian cookery, both as a spicing component and as a tempering ingredient. Pachi mirchi has a particular flavor and offers a distinct heat that is characteristic of Indian cuisine. To use it any dish, simply break it into a small portion and add required amount. Apart from curries and seasoning, it is used to make chutney, sauces and flavor buttermilk as well.

Remove the stem from to keep them fresh for longer. Should be washed in cold water and then dried with paper towels. After removing the stems, put them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. We wrap it in a paper towel to absorb moisture and keep it fresh for longer. If you are planning to store them outside, make sure it’s not placed in direct sunlight.
