These grains should be stored in airtight containers with tight-fitting lids or closures. Glass, plastic or zip lock plastic bags can all be used, as long as they are airtight. Dried neem leaves can be used in preserving these grains. Spread dried neem leaves at the base of the clean and dry container. Mix dried neem leaves in the grain and put the grains on the dried leaves base. Before closing the lid of the container spread a few dried leaves at the top.

Sorghum is grown in two seasons of the year in our farms, monsoon and early summer and we try to store it scientifically to be available most of the year.
