They also have a low calorie count, making them suitable for any diet. Calcium, zinc, phosphorus and vitamin C are among the minerals and vitamins found in them.
How to use Kasuri Methi
This is a flavorful herb that enhances the taste of a meal almost immediately. It may be used it to make Shahi Paneer, Kadhai Paneer, Pav Bhaji, Parantha and dal fry, among other dishes. Carrots, yams and potatoes are examples of starchy or root vegetables that go really well with it. To produce flavorful rotis, add to whole wheat dough. Toss a teaspoon of dried fenugreek leaves into curries with tomatoes as a spice.

Storage
Dried fenugreek leaves can be stored for long. To make the leaves crispy, place them in the sun for one hour. Fill them inside a sealed jar once they have dried completely. They can be stored for about six months. They can be kept for a long time and can be used in a variety of curries, salads and seasonings.

Methi leaves can be grown during monsoon and winter seasons with monsoon being its peak. We grow them twice a year, so that they can be made available at all times.
