This flour is mostly made up of carbohydrates and has high fiber content. It also contains a considerable amount of low-quality protein. Vitamin C, B vitamins, magnesium and potassium are all present in it. Plant compounds found in it have been associated to a reduced incidence of disease. Furthermore, it is high in fiber content, which plays a significant role in improving digestion.

Storage

They can be grown during all season; they are best grown during the monsoon season. We grow mokka jonna for pindi more than once a year so it can be available throughout the year.
