How to use Kothimeera
Dhaniya patta are commonly used to season curries, soups and as a garnish, but it may also be used in a variety of other foods and dinners. It’s great in curries, pickles, chutneys and sauces of all kinds. It’s delicious sprinkled on top of fresh salads. It’s a flavor enhancer for creamed cheese or mayonnaise. It can be used to spice up stir-fries as well as bland veggies like spinach.

Fresh patha is so much more flavorful, even if it only lasts a few days. Fresh leaves can last up to three days. To keep them fresher for longer, wash and dry the leaves to remove any impurities. Dab the leaves with a paper towel to make sure they’ve dried completely. Once the leaves have dried, transfer to a new container, cover it with a paper towel and add the leaves. Close the lid properly and add another layer of paper towel on top. Make sure the leaves haven’t retained even a speck of moisture. Refrigerate the container in an airtight container.
Kothmeer requires cool and dry climate, they are grown throughout the year except peak summers, so that they can be made available at all times.
